We'll start the process of identifying the root causes of your concerns and clarifying your health goals.

Healing is not complete in 2 visits. Healing is a journey that takes time. We have created several options to support your healing journey, providing you with the tools you need to bloom!
Dr. Tia made my first visit so welcoming and comfortable. She really took time to get to know me and understand my current need. I was also able to get to know her a bit more as well and her passion for the work she does. I left the conversation excited, confident, and ready to work towards achieving my healthcare and wellness goals. The office staff was also very pleasant, professional, and helpful.

Do you accept health insurance?
Her Garden Blooms is a direct patient care practice. We are not in network with any insurance companies. Our clinic is self-pay. We do not accept or bill any type of health insurance. Upon request, if you have out-of-network coverage with your insurance plan, we can provide you with a superbill. We do not assist in any claim submission or resolution.
We accept credit/debit cards, HSA, and FSA methods of payment.
Do you order labs through insurance?
Yes, we can request that certain lab tests be billed to your insurance. Please keep in mind that there may be procedures and laboratory tests that are non-covered due to your individual insurance policy or plan. Should you have any questions regarding your medical coverage, please contact your insurance carrier. Their telephone number should be on the back of your card.
Your insurance company may request additional information, may not accept the diagnosis codes we have provided on your behalf, or may deny your claim. It is important to note that the Functional Medicine model of care is not a conventional model of care and is often not covered by insurance. The conventional model is based on using and labeling patients with reimbursable diagnostic codes. These conventional reimbursable codes are not always consistent with the functional medicine assessment and may not be covered. Unfortunately, we CANNOT change any medical codes nor communicate with your insurance company.
We have negotiated discounted self-pay lab prices with our vendor as an alternative option for patients.
Do you do general OB/GYN care such as pap screenings?
We do provide preventative well-woman exams. We use an integrative approach with a whole body focus to assess a gyn-related or women's health concerns. As such, we do not replace your primary care provider, gynecologist, or obstetric provider. We recommend that you establish care with these providers outside of Her Garden Blooms.
Do you prescribe Hormone Replacement Therapy
Yes we do! We believe in the benefits of HRT and strive to educate women to make informed decisions in order to optimize their health. We prescribe various forms and types of HRT including, estrogen, progesterone, and multiple options for thyroid hormone replacement. We do not offer pellet therapy.
What is the best way to contact Her Garden Blooms?
For existing patients we ask that you contact us via the patient portal.
New patients please submit a contact us form located on the webiste or schedule a seedling session for a meet and greet with Dr. Tia!
What can I expect to pay?
Well-Woman Care and Teen Hormone Foundations Visits: Care for Patients who DO NOT have problems start at $200/visit
Problem-Focused Care: Our 2-Visit intake process is $700 ($400 for visit 1, $300 for visit 2). $650 if purchased together.
Functional Medicine Follow-Up Visits: $300
Packages for ongoing care start at $899 for 12-weeks. 3, 6, and 12-month options available.
Self-Pay Lab Fees:
-Flourish General Wellness Panel: $75
-Functional Foundations Lab Panel: $250
-Pap Test: Cytology only $45
-Pap Test: Co-Testing (Cytology + HPV Testing) $125
Out-of-pocket fess for labs billed to insurance are determined by to your insurance policy.
Functional Medicine Tests: Starting at $475

What is the process to get started?
All patients wanting to utilize our integrative, root-cause approach to gynecology and women's health must complete our 2-visit intake process.

GynWHOLEcology Root-Cause Resolution Options:
-Membership: $250/month (6-month minimum)
-Pay As You Go: $300/ visit

How many visits will I need?
Every person's unique healing journey and timeline can vary and range depending on concerns and care plan adherence. Our approaches are not ideal for those wanting a quick-fix option.
Patients shpuld anticipate a minimum committment of 3 to 6 months.
Do you see teenage girls?
Yes, we care for women throughout their reproductive journey. We see patients as young as 13.
